2542684 - Skip Content Structure Page/Automatically Launch Content - Not Working

Though the 'Skip content structure page on launch'/'Automatically launch content when starting or resuming course' option on the Item Content Settings is enabled, when a user starts the Item, the user must select to launch the content.

Offline content can only be downloaded from content structure page. This is the reason why the content structure page appears even though the option 'Skip content structure page on launch'/'Automatically launch content when starting or resuming course' is checked.

This is currently expected behavior and cannot be modified unless the offline content is disabled at the Item level.

To disable:

1. Go to Learning Administration
2. Access the Item record > Online Content tab
3. Select the gear icon and then access the Launch tab
4. Uncheck "Downloadable" and save the changes

Note: As of 1H 2021 release the 'Skip content structure page on launch' was renamed to 'Automatically launch content when starting or resuming course'
