A setting in one of the connectors was changed, but the Learning admin who modified it is yet unknown.

There is no available standard report that returns such change history. If the functionality is required, we encourage you to submit an enhancement request to have it considered within future development cycles – you can do it on our Customer Influence portal at https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/87.

Alternatively, it would be possible to work on a Learning custom report using the "PH_CONFIGURATION" table.
