Symptom

The Answer Score key figure shows 0 value for Ticket Survey Answers data source.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
  2. View Design Data source.
  3. Open the data source: Ticket Survey Answers.

The key figure Answer score has zero value.

Cause

  1. Go to the Surveys work center.
  2. Open the Survey.
  3. Under tab Design, open the Question.

The Score for the answers is 0.

Resolution

Give values for score for each answer. Scores are only available for Question type Multiple Choice.
