Symptom

When executing an "HTTP Connection to External server" (RFC type "G") in the ICM trace file (dev_icm) below messages appear:

 *** ERROR => IcmConnProxyHandshake: proxy read(5000) failed(rc=-<nr>) [icxxioutil.c 254] 
 *** ERROR => IcmConnInitClientSSL: Proxy connection to http/s:<proxy host>:<proxy port>
 IcmConnConnect: Connect failed for session <session type> <terminal id>,<client>, <user_id>, , time=<time>, <work proces id>, program=<program name>
