2542827 - Promotion Management fails with UnsupportedOperationException

• Promoting Objects from Source to Destination fails with below message:

• ' Promotion Status=Failure : Application not available' message is also displayed in the Promotion Management screen

• In the AdaptiveJobServer_LCMSchedulingService_child.glf log files we see the below error :

                The kind 'LUMX' does not exist in the CMS. (FWM 04030) (FWM 04009)

• In the End to end (E2E) logs we find:
