How to remove Learning option from Take Action in Employee Profile and Module Picker.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Access the system
2. In Menu button see Learning link
3. Go to Employee Profile > All Actions
4. In Take Action section see Learning option

This is standard link that is shown based on RBP. To remove Learning option as navigation link, revoke the Learning Access Permissions as below.  

1. Remove User Permissions > Learning > Learning Access Permission:
