Future Time Accounts Are Created Automatically

Employee Central: Time Off

1. Navigate to Employees Profile ->Manage Time off
2. Future Time Accounts are created(i.e 2018 accounts are created on the year 2017)

1. Admin Center -> Manage Time Off Structures -> Select the Time Account Type
2. The 'Account Creation Offset[Months]' is set as -3

Account Creation Offset means that account should be created automatically X months before “Account Valid From”- date.

For example, if the Account Valid From [Day] is 1 and Account Valid From [Month] is 1, and the Account Creation Offset [Months] is -1. That means that the account for 2017 should be created on December 1, 2016 (one month  before January 1, 2017)

In this case as the 'Account Creation Offset' is set as -3, the account for Jan 2018 got created on 1st Oct 2017.
