2542883 - PDC recalculation date resetting back to -1 day after master data change

Symptom

You change master data of an employee with a (for example) dynamic action with effective date today. Then you check IT0003 field PDC recalculation (BDERR) and it is set to today -1 day.

You expect BDERR date to be set for today in the above example.
