Behavior of forwarded candidates in application pipeline.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1.  Forward a candidate to a job requisition.
2.  Move the candidate to the next step in pipeline without filling up the required fields.

Forwarded candidates can move to the next application status without completing any required fields.

This is expected behavior. Required fields on the application do not apply to forwarded candidates. Forwarded candidates can move through the pipeline without completing required application fields.

Additional note:
This will not happen when the update is done via ODATA API call:
In this case any mandatory field should be provided in order to succeed the call. This is the current design of ODATA service.
