2543001 - Provide user access to Cloud Integration tenant on NEO environment

Symptom

  • You are Subaccount Administrator of your SAP BTP Account where Cloud Integration service is activated.
    You need to provide access for an user in your organization.
  • Or you are an end user and get a 403 Forbidden error when attempting to access your Cloud Integration tenant.

Note: This SAP KBA is valid for Cloud Integration on NEO environment.
