2543011 - Receive Application Error When Trying to Delete Performance Forms By Group

When trying to use the Delete Form tool, choosing a group will cause an application error.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to Admin Center > Delete Form.
2. In the Advanced Search, click Select... next to Choose a Group.
3. "An application error occurred" message will show up and user cannot select any group.

The user deleting the form does not have the 'Manage My Groups' and/or 'User Search' permission

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles
2. Select the role > Click on the Permission... link
3. Select General User Permission > Enable the Manage My Groups and/or User Search permission.
4. Click Done and Save Changes.

Note: The User Search permission depends on the target population defined in the role.
