Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management where Tendering for a Freight Order (FO) or Freight Booking (FB) is to send a Request for Quotation (RFQ) email to a Contact Person of a Carrier. 

  • Emails are not being sent out, or being sent out to the incorrect email address. 

  • How does one maintain a Business Partner with role Carrier with a relationship to a Business Partner with role Contact Person such that an Email is set to the Carrier's direct Contact Person or to the Carrier's Communication Partner's Contact Person?
