Symptom

  • Unable to see serverlist from CMC >> Servers.
  • Unable to see Folderlist and reportlist from CMC and BI Launchpad 
  • Following errors observed in Fiddler traces:

       GET http://10.80.104.154:8080/BOE/CMC/1701311158/shared/js/core/langDirection.js HTTP/1.1
       Accept: application/javascript, */*;q=0.8

       HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
       Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1
       Cache-Control: max-age=315360000
       Content-Type: text/html;charset=UTF-8
       Transfer-Encoding: chunked
       Content-Encoding: gzip
       Vary: Accept-Encoding
