Symptom
- Case was created under the wrong system
- Incorrect system ID was selected while creating the case
- System selected while creating a case is different than the system in question
- You want to change the system ID on an existing case because the issue is affecting a different system; for example, you have the issue in production, but you replicated it on a testing environment.
