2543351 - Add SAP HANA Dynamic Tiering worker host to the SAP HANA system fails - SAP HANA DYT

Symptom

In a Dedicated Host Dynamic Tiering deployment, when adding the SAP HANA Dynamic Tiering worker host to the SAP HANA system,
the following error is fired:

Collecting information from host '<HANA host>'...
Information collected from host '<Dynamic Tiering host>'.
Directory '/hana/data/<SID>' doesn't exist on host '<Dynamic Tiering host>'.

Directories on the HANA host:
/hana/data/<SID>
/hana/log/<SID>
/hana/shared

Directories on the Dynamic Tiering host:
/hana/data_es/<SID>
/hana/log_es/<SID>
/hana/shared
