Symptom
Owner field is missing in the advanced search of the contact.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Customers work center.
- Go to the Contacts view.
- You can see the Owner column is available in the OWL(Object Work List).
- Click on the Advance Search filter.
Here the Owner field is missing and not available to be added also via adaptation.
Resolution
The field owner is currently not available in the advance search filter, but you can use as a workaround the below search parameters.
- Go to the Customers work center.
- Go to the Contacts view
- Select Show All Contacts
- Click on the Advance Search filter.
- Select Start Adaptation
- In the layout and make the field Relationship Role and Related To as visible.
- End Layout Changes.
- Now set the below value in combicationof these two fields like relationship Role as Has Contact Team Member and Related To
This will return the requested field Owner.
