2543742 - You need a planning license to enter values in unbooked cells warning in SAP Analytics Cloud

Users who could previously enter data into unbooked (-) cells now see a warning message "You need a planning license to enter values in unbooked cells" in SAP Analytics Cloud.

Try to enter any data into an unbooked cell in any story.

BI license users are now able to edit data in very specific limited cases:

• As BI Standard user, I can simulate data on the Public version and can create and use private versions on Planning models that I have been granted READ access to. I am limited to direct data entry and default disaggregation features.
• These simulations are saved privately and cannot be shared or published by a BI user. A permission that consumes a Planning license must be assigned in order for a user to share or publish the simulation.
• Since the standard READ rights already granted have more rights than this new limited functionality we had to change the default read rights granted and this also has an impact on the default rights granted to a Planning standard user.

The net effect is that any planning standard user that does not have any roles assigned will have this new restricted limitation.

The minimum permission required to enter values in unbooked cells (data) is "Execute" rights on the "Planning Model".
