Symptom

The creation of an offline store fails during the initial download, when $filter is in use.

Server log shows:

Error caused by: [-100027] An error occurred while processing request "<RequestName>" (<Request>)
Error caused by: [-100029] Retrieve feed "<Request>" failed because the OData server returned HTTP code, 501, with message: null
