How is the use this match feature configured in the Add New Employee wizard and Manage Pending Hires wizard

The "Use this Match" feature can be utilized in the Hire wizards depending on the role based permissions setup in your permission role

• Add New Employee
• Manage Pending Hires (Manage Pending Recruits)

To permission to use this match feature, navigate to:

1. Admin Centre >
2. Manage Permission Roles >
3. Manage User >

There are two permissions for the use the match feature

Rehire Inactive Employee with New Employment (by 'match' in New Hire) and Rehire Inactive Employee (by'match' in New Hire)

Rehire Inactive Employee with New Employment (by 'match' in New Hire)

This is a universal feature in all Hire/Rehire wizards if permissions are granted. It grants the ability to rehire an employee with a new UserId (similar to Concurrent Employment)

NOTE: Feature only available for People Profile

Rehire Inactive Employee (by 'match' in new Hire)

This grants you the ability to hire inactive users via the Add New Employee Wizard and Manage Pending Hire wizard

Users can only be rehired if they have the following criteria

• Termination Record in Job History
• Termination date in the past
• Inactive in People Search/Action Search

If they follow this criteria, then you will be able to accept the match

Common Issue with Feature

Accept Match button is grayed out with trying to accept match

This can be due to two issues

User does not have the necessary permissions or the match does not have followed this criteria

• Have a Termination Record in Job History
• Have a Termination date in the past
• Personal Information
• Inactive in People Search/Action Search
