Symptom

  • Container variable values are not sent in an e-mail created by a sendmail step in a workflow, even though they are present in the related work item
  • Variables maintained in the task description of Object SELFITEM, Method SENDTASKDESCRIPTION are blank in the e-mail seen in SOST
