2543971 - Item is not displayed on the user's Learning Plan if it's assigned or registered on the same date of that item's Completion date

A user gets registered/assigned an item on the same day this same item was recorded as complete (that is, the Assigned date equals the Completion date). Then this assignment is not displayed on the user's Learning Plan.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Within LMS, the user gets a completion for an item >
2. In the same day, the user gets registered into/assigned the same item again >
3. This second assignment is not displayed at the user's Learning Plan nor at the 'Assigned Items' tab.

Currently, this it the system's expected behavior. When a Learning event is recorded/completed, all the items in the PA_STUD_CPNT table with an Assign date less than or equal to (<=) the Completion date being added, are marked as Complete and that item will not be displayed on the user's Learning Plan.

Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
