2544108 - Error in Offline Player: "The Activation code is invalid or has expired"

When activating the offline player using the activation code we get the below error:

Step 1: Go to Home -> Learning -> Options & Settings -> Download Offline player & Install it locally.
Step 2: Click on Generate button to generate the code.
Step 3: Enter the code in offline player and click on Activate button, it gives an error - "The activation code is invalid or has expired".

This issue happens when you are using multiple tenants/instances for using the offline player application. As user data of the some other instance is still present in the local system and causing the issue.

To resolve the issue, uninstall the application from the system and restart your system and reinstall the application. This should fix the issue.

NOTE: When uninstalling the application the system asks to delete user information so ensure you check the checkbox and uninstall:
