2544536 - [S4HANA] How to avoid error FAA_POST214 and AA370 in legacy data transfer processing if 2 fiscal years are open.

Symptom

From S4HANA environment, legacy data transfer is not possible if more than 1 fiscal years are open.
So if 2 fiscal years are open, error FAA_POST214 "&1: Legacy data transfer not possible; more than 1 fiscal year open" will occur.
And if change migration date to 1 year after, other transactions will not be allowed to post accordingly with error AA370 "You cannot post to this asset (Fiscal year already closed)".
