2544632 - Not possible to refresh or create universe based models into SAP Analytics Cloud

• Cannot import  or refresh data from an SAP Universe based model into SAP Analytics Cloud.
• During creation of new model and after a long wait the following message appears:
  Resource not found / unavailable / Resource introuvable
  
  
  
• When updating the model after a long wait (minutes) the following message appears:
  An error occured during the scheduled job
  Failed to call remote system on /FPA_JAVA_SERVICES/service/api/epm/proxy by Agent
  HCPService; Reason:
  
  
  
• In the notifications area, the following message appears:
  Code: SERVER_ERROR_404
  Message: Resource introuvable
  
• Intermittently the following error also appears:
  Status HTTP : /service/api/epm/unx JSONObject["useMaxRows"] not found.
  Unexpected response of the universe service : JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data ; com.sap.epm.da.sparca.persist.PersistenceException: File creation exception

• In this case restarting the BIP system resolved the problem.
