When using a resource file to install SAP Replication Server (SRS), following error is reported as the SRS attempts to start:
FATAL ERROR #1030 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - eneric/err/errhand.c(1168)
Open Server error: Error: 16029, State: 0, Severity 20 -- 'Failed to start any network listeners'.
(-1): Exiting due to a fatal error.
