Symptom

You have recently upgraded to ASE 160 SP02 PL06 or ASE 160 SP2 PL06 HF1

  • sp_configure check for the group "Non-Volatile Caches" fails when executed in isql:

    Group: Non-Volatile Caches

    Msg 18124, Level 16, State 1:
    Server 'SID', Procedure 'sp_configure', Line 1732:
    No matching configuration options.  Here is a listing of groups:

  • On systems running SAP applications on SAP ASE you find:

1. DBACockpit -> Configuration -> SAP Configuration Checker to fail with the error:
