2544731 - Grade column is blank in the Learning History Report

User completes an item that has an online content. Score can be seen in the Object Details but when you run Learning History Report the Grade column is blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Users complete an Online Item (with a content object that has a quiz/exam - structured content) >
2. Administrator runs the Learning History Report >
3. Grade column is blank.

The setting "Add to History on Completion of All Content" is not supported for the Item grade feature and should NOT be used at the same time as the "Add to History on Pass" and "Add to History on Failure" is used at the Content Object level. These are competing settings.

The first setting will not pass any scores to the item, as we don't know which content score to pass. When you use the Content Object level setting, this becomes the object driving the completion, therefore is the one whose score is reflected to the Item.

Make sure that you only select one between "Add to History on Completion of All Content" and "Add to History on Pass"/"Add to History on Failure".

These two options cannot be checked at the same time as it would cause inconsistent results.

After you make the changes, you need to reassign and user has to complete the course again for the grade to show in Learning History report.
