2544812 - Team Summary Tile settings are not applied on Mobile app - SuccessFactors Mobile Presentations

The SuccessFactors Mobile App is displaying the "Impact of Loss vs Risk of Loss" tab, even though this tab is not enabled on Admin Center > Manage Home Page > Team Summary tile.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Home Page;
2. Click Team Summary tile > Edit tile > Impact of Loss vs Risk of Loss option is disabled (off):

3. Go to Home page > Click Team Summary tile;
4. The Impact of Loss vs Risk of Loss tab is not available, as the option was disabled in Admin Center:

5. Go to the Mobile Application;
6. Open Profile > Team Tab;
7. The Impact of Loss vs Risk of Loss tab is available:

Open the tab, and no information is displayed:

The display of the tab "Impact of Loss vs Risk of Loss" on the SF Mobile App is not controlled by the settings in Manage Home Page > Team Summary tile, and will tabs will be shown for this tile in the mobile app.

To remove visibility of the "Impact of Loss vs Risk of Loss" tab on the SF Mobile App, disable the switch Manager Team Lens in Admin Center > Enable Mobile Features > Modules:

NOTE: This switch also controls the display of the following features on the SF Mobile App:  “Team Location”, “Competency Gaps” and the “Performance-Potential Matrix”.
