2545290 - How to Unfollow an Object or Customer

Symptom

You would like to unfollow an object or customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the feed Feed work center.
  2. You are seeing some objects or customer that you no longer relevant to you.

Cause

You're currently following those objects or customers.

Resolution

  1. Open the customer or object to be unfollowed, e.g. Account.
  2. Click on Stop or Pausing Following icon.

  3. Click on Stop Following.
    Stop Following icon.png
  4. You no longer will see this customer or object on your feed.
