2545307 - How to rename SAP Jam?

How to change the SAP Jam name inside the instance for some other name (for example "Collaboration")?

SAP Jam Collaboration

1. Go to Admin Center in BizX;
2. Click Company Settings;
3. Click Text Replacement;
   
4. On the languages that you use and want to change SAP Jam name, search for SAP Jam on the Default Text;
5. Fill out the text field next to the SAP Jam with the name that you want to give to SAP Jam;
6. Click Save.

Note: By adding this translation, when using the SuccessFactors search in Jam, you will see the help text inside the search box with the translated Jam name too.

NOTE: If those changes are not being applied into your environment, please, check Manage Language files to analyze if the same labels are being update by Manage Language as well. If they are, this is expected behavior since if you overwrite the default text of the same key using both tools, then the application shows the customized value from the Manage Language Tool.
