2545405 - MDX Parser - timeout during allocate

Symptom

  1. The overview tab in the Workload Analysis doesn't load any data.
  2. The MDX Parser RFC fails with the following error:

Due to that you're requested to update the librfc32.dll, but you can only find the librfc32u.dll in your system, and you can't find the librfc32.dll for download.
