Symptom

  • Error "Internal error ("(Error:RWI 00200)")" when trying to oepn the Web Intelligence application
  • On CMS logs it can be seen "WICDZ_i:WebI disabled by license key "
  • Another possible errors:
    • "Cannot perform the operation: no valid license found (Error: INF)" 
    • "**ERROR:WICDZUserSessionImpl:No valid BOE license [WICDZUserSessionImpl.cpp;119]"
