2545659 - Some External Keyboard Action is Not Working in the IPad Cloud for Customer App

Symptom

Some customer will use the external keyboard (bluetooh keyboards) which connect to their Ipad. Some external keyboard actions do not work.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to C4C on IPAD App with external keyboard connected to IPad.

2. Go to Accounts Workcenter in the table view click on any columns to filter, enter the filter criteria and try to press Enter on external keyboard, system does not recognize the 'Enter' action.

Cause

UI5 doesn't officially support external keyboards on iPad. So currently this "Enter" button action is not supported by SAP UI5.

Resolution

Such function will be supported in future release.
