2545667 - Data in BCV Side Panel query for a project is not up to date

Symptom

Button "Additional Information on Resources" is used to display BCV query data (e.g. graphs) in the side panel. After saving some changes in the project, display the query data again. The query data does not reflect the latest changes which have been carried out in the project.
