2545881 - Dashboard Admins can run Dashboard from Report Center Page even though it is Not Shared with them Post b1711 release

• Dashboard Administrator or a user with Manage Analytics Tiles and Dashboards Permissions can't run dashboard from Report Center Page till b1708 release if the dashboard is not shared with them.
• Since b1711 release, a Dashboard Admin can run Dashboards from Report Center page even though these are not shared with them.

As per B1708 Release:

• UserA and UserB has access to create Youcalc Tiles and Dashboards.
• UserA has created a Dashboard.
• UserA has not shared the Dashboard with UserA and UserB
• UserA and UserB cannot run the Dashboard from report Center Page.
• If UserA shares the Dashboard with himself and UserB then only Run option will be enabled.

As Per b1711 Release:

• UserA and UserB has access to create Youcalc Tiles and Dashboards.
• UserA has created a Dashboard.
• UserA has not shared the Dashboard with UserA and UserB.
• UserA and UserB will have access to Run option under Action in Report Center page.
