2545955 - Neutral Value instead of language dependent description is displayed after choosing value from F4-help

Symptom

In classification, you have displayed the language dependent values of a characteristic.
You open the F4-help, select a new value and press the continue button.

After this, the language independent value (neutral value) is shown.

After pressing enter, the language independent value will be shown.
