2546060 - Introscope does not start with error: Method not found: class = interface org.apache.xml.serializer.SerializationHandler

Symptom

The Introscope fails to start. In the em.log is possible to see this error:

com.ibm.xtq.xslt.jaxp.HandledRuntimeException: [ERR 0614] The processor has encountered an internal error condition.  Please report the problem and provide the following information: Method not found: class = interface org.apache.xml.serializer.SerializationHandler method = startAttribute args = [class java.lang.String]
