Symptom
You are not able to see all curricula when trying to assign a curriculum to a user with the User Needs Mgmt tool.
Environment
SuccessFactors LMS
Reproducing the Issue
- On the Learning Administration, go to Users > Tools > User Needs Mgmt
- Select Add Curricula and click 'Next'
- Add the users you want to assign the curriculum and click 'Next'
- Click 'Enter Curriculum ID or add one or more from list.'
- When you search for the curricula, the system is not listing all the curricula you have, or not bringing any result at all
Cause
You have a domain restriction applied on the following workflow:
- Assign Curricula To User (domain restricted by Curricula)
Resolution
You will need to review your roles and workflows to identify where the workflow is and which domain restriction is being applied.
This can be solved by removing this workflow from the role, or by removing the Domain Restriction applied to the workflow.
If you want to remove the Domain Restriction:
- From Learning Administration, go to System Admin > Role Management
- Search for the role being used by the admin facing the issue and click the 'Edit' icon
- Go to the 'Workflow Restr.' tab.
- Expand the 'User Management' section and search for the workflow 'Assign Curricula To User (domain restricted by Curricula)'
- Remove the Domain Restriction applied.
If you want to remove the workflow:
