2546176 - Enter a Valid Rule ID while creating Rule ID.

Symptom

The customer wants to create a standard rule id for a process id for which that rule id is not delivered as standard and while doing so the error "Enter a Valid Rule Id" is encountered. An example of such a scenario is mentioned below.

In UAR The customer want to add Role Owner stage and wants to use the standard Role owner Agent "GRAC_MSMP_ROLEOWNER_AGENT" available for the process "SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST", the customer tries to create the rule id and the error "Enter a Valid Rule-ID" is encountered.
