In RSBBS transaction, "Analysis Office" is used as RRI receiver as shown in the example below:

When using the "GoTo" option in Analysis for Office, the browser is opened and the launcher file with extension ".sapaox" is downloaded.

The symptom described in this document is not a bug but how the scenario works. Due to technical reasons, it was decided to open the Analysis Office workbooks from browser using its launcher file, since Analysis Office workbooks can also be used as RRI Receivers from other tools like BEx web, for example.
