2546203 - No Personnel Id for logged user when HR record is locked for SAP Work Manager

Symptom

  • The SAP Work Manager application, in its process to authenticate a user from the mobile device into ECC, checks the HR mini Master record against communication type 0105 infotype 0001.
  • If this communication type / info type is a maintained in a locked status, the authentication returns an error that the HR record is not found. If unlocked, the authentication passes as expected.
  • Unlocking this Communication Type / Info Type is not possible, recommend bypassing the "lock / Unlock".
