SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
During SUM upgrade/update, expected Support Packages, expecially HR Support Package (SAP_HR/EA_HR), is not showing up at phase BIND_PATCH.
Sympotom is not limited to HR Support Package and below sample.
Sample:
Update SAP_HR from SP25 to SP40. But, SP26-SP40 do not show up at phase BIND_PATCH, because of which, update of SAP_HR can not be proceeded further.
