2546223 - Admin not able to find Online & Blended Item Classification while adding Item

Symptom

While adding a new ITEM Admin's do not see ITEM Classification as "Scheduled and online" and "Online Only" as below.

Environment

Successfactors Learning Management System

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Admin > ITEM > Add New ITEM
  2. You will get to see only "Scheduled Only" and "Other" Classification of ITEM.

Cause

Admin role do have a workflow "Edit Online Settings" from "Learning Management" section which governs this functionality.

Resolution

Please add Workflow "Edit Online Settings" from "Learning Management" section to the respective role this will enable associated admin to add all ITEM Types in the system.
