Step 3: add all active employees to filter

Step 4: Run Report

Step 5: Analyze the Report (see the 'Last Updated User')

The user "SF_UPGRADE" is the account used by the system to register the records in the Database regarding the respective release version , for an example : If the Last updated user field shown as "SF_UPGRADE_B1608" which means in b1608 release, a new field was introduced to the user records, by adding that field to the User table it registered the change on the user Last Updated User under SF_UPGRADE_B1608 user ID.
