Below error is displayed when trying to read/display queries from BW within SAP Analytics Cloud (formerly known as SAP BusinessObjects Cloud / BOC).
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud 2017.xx.x
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to Tenant
- Try to create new Model connecting to BW
- When trying to retreive queries, error is displayed
Cause
The issue could be caused by SAP Cloud connector or SAP Cloud Agent not responding.
Resolution
Restart your Tomcat for SAP Cloud Connector
