When accessing or attempting to create a new BOBJ iView in the portal, an exception such as this is displayed:

When checking the defaultTrace files, the following exception is found:
com.sap.portal.prt.broker.PortalModuleIsStoppedException: Portal application com.sap.businessobjects.iviews Can not be started because it is explicitly stopped
Caused by: com.sap.engine.services.servlets_jsp.server.deploy.impl.exceptions.WCEApplicationNotStartedException: Failed explicit start for application [sap.com/com.sap.businessobjects.iviews].
Caused by: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.server.utils.DSRemoteException: ASJ.dpl_ds.006153 Error occurred while starting application [sap.com/com.sap.businessobjects.iviews]: It is not started successfully on server nodes [XXXXXXX]. In order to bring the server in consistent state stop operation will be performed.
