2546748 - BOBJ Iview Issue - Portal runtime error


When accessing or attempting to create a new BOBJ iView in the portal, an exception such as this is displayed:


Portal runtime error

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

When checking the defaultTrace files, the following exception is found:

[EXCEPTION] Portal application Can not be started because it is explicitly stopped
Caused by: Failed explicit start for application [].
Caused by: ASJ.dpl_ds.006153 Error occurred while starting application []: It is not started successfully on server nodes [XXXXXXX]. In order to bring the server in consistent state stop operation will be performed.

Error occurred on server XXXXXXX during startApp of : Application cannot be started. Reason: it has hard reference to the following resources, which are currently not available on the system: hard to SAPPORTAL/ (public) (f=true, cl=true); .
