Symptom
When a table is created, each column is defined as allowing NULL values or not allowing NULL values. How do you change this once the table is created? Attempting to use ALTER TABLE gives the following error:
Could not execute statement.
Cannot enforce the NOT NULL constraint. Column b has NULL data.
