2546817 - Assigning courses to new supervisors after a specific date

You would like to trigger an Assignment Profile to assign courses when someone became a supervisor, but just after a specific date.

You can use the 'Is Supervisor' field as criteria to assign courses to Supervisors, however this will target all Supervisors (as it is a new Assignment Profile), not only the ones that became Supervisors after a specific date.

The workaround for this could be one of the following:

• You can use a custom column to identify the new Supervisors that you want to target via the Assignment Profile

OR

• Use the 'Is Supervisor' field as criteria for the Assignment Profile and after assigning to all Supervisors, just record learning for the Supervisors that the courses are not mandatory.
