Remove the "Return to Evaluation" Button in Signature Step

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Log to the instance > Performance module
2. Open a PM form that is on Signature step stage
3. See that the "Return to Evaluation" Button is available.

You can enable/disable that button permission in Manage Templates by following the steps below:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Templates
2. Select the PM Template > General Settings
3. Show advanced options > Button Permissions
4. There you can define the permission as the example below:
   
   Type = None
   Buttons = Return to Evaluation
   Role = "select the role"
   Route Step = "select the signature route step"
   
   
5. This group of settings is telling the system that the respective role, in that route map step will have No permission in the 'return to evaluation' button.
