2546983 - Cannot change properties of Java MTEs in CCMS

Symptom

Registered a JAVA system to the central (CEN) system, but not able to change properties of JAVA MTEs in the CEN ssytem CCMS.
A popup can occur with message "CM_ALLOCATE_FAILURE_RETRY".

In CEN system's SM59, there is an RFC destination SAP.CCMS.J2EE.<SID> (<SID> is the JAVA system SID),
but while testing the RFC, the following error occurs: "ERROR: program SAP.CCMS.J2EE.<SID> not registered".
