2546983 - Cannot change properties of Java MTEs in CCMS

You registered a JAVA system to the central (CEN) system,
but you can't change properties of JAVA MTEs in the CEN ssytem CCMS.
You might meet a popup with "CM_ALLOCATE_FAILURE_RETRY"

From CEN system's SM59, you can see there is a RFC destination SAP.CCMS.J2EE.<SID> (<SID> is the JAVA system SID),
but when you test the RFC, you get "ERROR: program SAP.CCMS.J2EE.<SID> not registered".
